The Libraries welcome the donation of relevant books and materials in good physical condition. Relevance is determined by our collection development policy, therefore we reserve the right to respectfully decline donations if criteria are not met.

Potential donors must contact their respective library regarding gifts/donations, before delivering materials, or they will be refused until reviewed by a librarian. In the case of bulk donations, please have an item list prepared when contacting the library to facilitate review.

Past issues of periodicals [newspapers, magazines, journals, etc] are not accepted, except for select Caribbean titles. Donated materials may be discarded once they are determined obsolete, or otherwise unsuitable for use.

The Libraries do not assess book values for donor tax purposes. A letter of acknowledgement can be provided upon request, and will include the number of items donated, if the donor so requests.
